About the opportunity
Jack Link’s is looking to add several Process Workers to its production site in Casino, New South Wales. This is a practical, team-based role for people who want to begin or build a career in food manufacturing with a business that is expanding and values effort, learning, and reliability.

Role overview
As a Process Worker, you will help keep production running smoothly and help maintain high standards across the line. The role is very hands-on and you will be supported by team members and leaders as you learn the processes.
Key duties
- Run production and packaging equipment and lines
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised work area
- Carefully handle materials and machinery
- Work in line with food safety and workplace safety requirements
- Raise concerns when something appears incorrect or out of place
- Contribute as a dependable member of a team-oriented environment
