Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site senior leadership position in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The Principal will be accountable for the academic and administrative running of the college. The role calls for providing strategic leadership, ensuring the curriculum is implemented effectively, and maintaining strong standards in teaching, learning, and student support.

Key Duties

On a day-to-day basis, the Principal will guide staff, organise academic timetables, review classroom delivery, and ensure the school remains aligned with applicable education regulations and internal policies. The position also includes managing student behaviour and welfare, building positive engagement with parents and guardians, driving school improvement efforts, supporting staff development, and nurturing a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus culture.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Between 3 and 5 years of solid experience working in an educational institution.
• Current Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification.
• Demonstrated strength in leadership, communication, and administration.
