Primary Assistant Teacher

Overview

Life Educare is looking to hire a Primary Assistant Teacher for its school at Adgaon, Nashik. This role supports classroom teaching and day-to-day academic work in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead primary teacher with classroom teaching and routine academic tasks.
• Work with children one-on-one and in small groups to strengthen understanding.
• Create teaching materials, worksheets, and other classroom learning resources.
• Help maintain discipline in the classroom and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assist with assessments, student documentation, and classroom administration.
• Monitor students during school events, activities, and break times.
• Take part in school functions, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular programs.
• Coordinate with other teachers to support effective learning outcomes.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in any discipline is required; candidates with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. will be preferred.
• Both freshers and applicants with prior experience may apply.
• Strong spoken and written English communication is needed.
• Interest in working with primary-level students is essential.
• Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.

Work Schedule
