About the company
ADMA Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturing company focused on high-precision machined castings made from ductile iron and grey iron. With integrated facilities in Mysuru and Belagavi, Karnataka, its foundry and machine shop together produce 7,200 metric tonnes of machined iron castings each year.

Role overview
The organization is looking for a seasoned manufacturing leader to take charge of the foundry and machining operations as Plant Head / Plant Incharge and ensure strong overall plant performance.
What you'll do
- Direct and coordinate all plant activities for a team of 150 to 200 employees, including around 30 supervisors, managers, and department leaders.
- Own production planning and control activities to meet delivery schedules and output targets.
- Work closely with the Sales team so customer commitments are fulfilled on time.
- Raise operational efficiency through better labour productivity and cost-saving initiatives.
- Track New Product Development schedules and ensure projects are executed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain strong plant upkeep, including maintenance systems, housekeeping, and 5S implementation.
- Handle operational HR matters such as workforce coordination and discipline management.
- Review consumption of material and resources to improve cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate across Production, Maintenance, PPC, Projects, HR, and Sales to keep plant functions aligned.
- Ensure the Quality team reports directly to the Plant Incharge and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing professional with strong plant leadership experience, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple functions across the shop floor and leadership team.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or another relevant engineering field. A background in machining, automotive manufacturing, or related engineering industries is preferred. Foundry experience is not mandatory.
Experience required
15 to 25 years of manufacturing experience, with substantial exposure to plant-level leadership and responsibility for teams of 150 to 200 employees.
