Role summary
The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) will deliver safe, customized EMS-based training sessions and support clients throughout their fitness journey. The position includes assessing client needs, building suitable programs, tracking progress, encouraging clients, and maintaining health and safety standards. The trainer’s contribution directly affects client retention, transformation results, and the quality of service delivered.
Education and certification
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a similar field is preferred, though relevant practical experience may be accepted as an alternative. Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or an equivalent organization is an advantage. Applicants with strong practical exposure to personal training or EMS-based coaching will also be considered.
