Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Position Overview

This maternity cover role supports a department with day-to-day coordination, administrative organization, expense tracking, and asset handling. The position focuses on helping the team run efficiently through careful planning, timely settlement of expenses, and smooth support for leaders and department members.

Core Duties

• Prepare, monitor, and adjust the department’s spending plan using the G-ERP system, while regularly reviewing changes in expense levels.
• Process and track department expenses related to events, rewards, consulting, travel, learning and development, and other operational needs within the required timeline, then review results in G-ERP.
• Oversee asset usage for departmental work, including inspections and transfers, and ensure asset handling follows the required standards and procedures.
• Assist department leaders by arranging meetings, maintaining calendars, handling business-related gifts and condolence items, and helping maintain a productive work setting.
• Support team members by preparing work tools such as PCs and phones, securing the access permissions they need, and settling expenses for overseas business travel.

Additional Notes

This is a 6-month contract position based onsite in Singapore. The role is intended for a university graduate entry-level candidate and involves working with company policies, routine issue resolution, and standard operating procedures.
