Overnight Maintenance Associate

Role Overview

As an overnight janitorial and maintenance associate, you will help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe for customers and coworkers.

Key Duties

This position focuses on maintaining cleanliness across the property, including areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving zone. The goal is to support a safe shopping environment throughout the store.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $14 to $27 per hour. The base hourly rate will meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage for the job location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, extra premium pay may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. More than one premium may be paid if eligible criteria are met.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time overnight position. The role is based at Walmart Supercenter #3874, 98 Power Center Dr, Dawsonville, GA 30534, US.
