Role overview
The Operations Supervisor will report to the Manager of Operations and help shape, deliver, and improve operational processes across the business. The role is focused on keeping operations compliant, efficient, and well coordinated within a fast-moving, growing team.

Key responsibilities
This position oversees workflow and operational efficiency for assigned processes. It includes guiding team members, handling escalations, supporting audits, maintaining procedures, tracking performance, and helping improve customer experience. The supervisor also provides backup coverage, trains team members when needed, and ensures departmental standards are consistently followed.
Additional responsibilities and expectations
The role requires monitoring trends in volume, product mix, client requirements, and regulatory changes; reviewing quality and risk controls; maintaining dashboards and performance benchmarks; and putting written action plans in place for employees who are not meeting expectations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Working conditions and physical requirements
This is an intellectual, office-based role that requires prolonged sitting and standing. The employee must be able to see at close and medium range, adjust focus, hear normal sounds, and communicate verbally. The job involves regular use of standard office equipment, including a keyboard, mouse, phone, fax machine, copier, and writing tools. Occasionally, the role may require lifting items of up to 35 lbs.

Compensation
The pay range is $43,500 to $73,000 per year, and monthly incentives may also be earned.

Requirements
Applicants should have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred. The role typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience in credit card and/or banking operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity preferred. Candidates should be able to manage multiple deadlines, support direct reports, communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and auditors, and work confidently with Microsoft Office and loan servicing software.
