Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager position based in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for running daily operational activities smoothly, making sure staffing and HR services are delivered efficiently, and keeping all work aligned with service standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday operational workflows and ensure teams work in a coordinated manner.
- Track performance indicators and service outcomes to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Improve processes and identify better ways to streamline work across functions.
- Address operational challenges quickly and keep disruptions to a minimum.
- Work closely with leadership and client-facing teams to support delivery objectives.
- Prepare recurring reports and share operational updates as needed.
- Handle resource allocation and budget-related tasks to support business performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the operation.
- Help enforce company policies and ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.
- Promote a workplace culture centered on accountability and high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in operations management, especially in process improvement, coordinating workflows, and monitoring performance.
- Background in HR services or recruitment operations, with experience supporting staffing assignments and client work.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, along with effective time management and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and people skills for working with teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret data and create reports using Excel or similar business tools to monitor KPIs and results.
- Leadership strength, including supervising teams, guiding staff, and helping create a positive work culture.
- Exposure to UAE labour laws and HR best practices will be considered an added advantage.
