About the Role

This position sits within Revolut’s Operations function, where the team solves complex business problems at scale with speed, accuracy, and fresh thinking. The goal is to create systems that improve efficiency and support international growth.

The Operations Manager will help define how the business continues to expand and operate across markets, contributing to high-impact initiatives that improve customer outcomes and strengthen internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Finance, and the London headquarters to analyse and shape Revolut’s banking strategy for Ireland.
• Create scalable playbooks and operating processes suited to rapid growth.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with important vendors and strategic partners.
• Identify and develop banking products, features, and operational or growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• A strong record of achievement, such as progressing quickly in responsibilities or earning competition awards in academic, professional, or sporting settings.
• The ability to simplify difficult problems into smaller, manageable parts.
• Comfort and interest in working with data.
• A naturally curious mindset and a genuine desire to make an impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience using data tools such as SQL or Excel.
