About Us

Role Overview
This position is focused on keeping the office running smoothly and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the workplace. The right person for this role should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively while staying composed in a busy environment.
Key Duties
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks across IFZA offices, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Complete the daily opening and closing checklists for the office.
- Keep shared office spaces organized and well maintained.
- Set up conference rooms for client meetings and internal staff meetings.
- Support the reception area and assist with front desk activities when needed.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other refreshments for clients, guests, and executive managers in a polite and timely way.
- Escalate office-related issues to the Office Manager promptly.
- Monitor and replenish stationery, pantry supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Ensure the office remains tidy and visually presentable for visitors and clients.
- Care for cleaning tools and equipment so they remain in proper working condition.
- Clean IFZA’s car fleet using the correct methods and within required timelines.
- Follow all health and safety rules carefully.
- Handle any other tasks related to the role as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous exposure to hospitality or another service-focused industry.
- Strong command of English for everyday communication.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered an advantage.
- Awareness of chemical handling practices and familiarity with cleaning equipment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently without lowering standards.
- Good planning, communication, and people skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset and the flexibility to work with different personality types.
- Ability to set priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Must be dependable, punctual, honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
