Role Overview
We are looking for an Office Manager in Singapore to handle the smooth running of day-to-day office administration and support employee experience across the workplace.
Key Duties
- Take ownership of daily administrative operations, including office facilities, administrative spending, fixed assets, and employee welfare initiatives that support engagement and a positive workplace experience.
- Supervise office safety, space utilisation and planning, and manage urgent administrative or facility-related issues when they arise.
- Bring together administrative data, prepare yearly budgets, and keep a close watch on administrative costs to ensure they remain under control.
- Assess existing administrative workflows, remove inefficiencies, and keep improving processes to boost productivity across the team.
- Work closely with building management, landlords, and outside vendors or service partners to ensure smooth communication and strong ongoing relationships.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or office management, ideally gained in a large technology or internet company.
- Experience in the gaming sector will be considered an added advantage.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English is needed to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- A strong service orientation, good coordination and organisational ability, and a proactive approach to supporting business and team needs are important.
