About the Role

Volga Tigris Digital Marketing Agency is expanding its team and is seeking a well-organized, proactive Office Coordinator to support project delivery across a broad range of digital marketing services. The role is based in Oud Maitha, Dubai, and focuses on keeping client work, internal coordination, and reporting running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee several client assignments at once, from initial onboarding through final completion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and in-house teams to keep communication clear and timely.
  • Create timelines, schedules, and task assignments so work is delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate efforts across creative, content, design, web development, SEO, PPC, social media, video production, and branding teams.
  • Watch project progress closely and flag possible delays or risks early.
  • Arrange and run internal project meetings, then record action points and follow-up tasks.
  • Make sure client deliverables meet agreed standards and deadlines.
  • Keep project files, reports, and status updates accurate and up to date.
  • Track milestones, budgets, and how resources are being used.

Requirements
