Member Experience Associate

About the Role

Musly Club is seeking a Member Experience Associate to serve as the primary connector for its community. This role sits at the center of member interactions and is designed for someone who can balance warmth, precision, and speed while supporting a growing private network of founders, investors, creators, and leaders across multiple cities.

Based in Dubai and reporting to the Founder/CEO, the position is hands-on and varied: one day may involve welcoming new members, the next may include drafting member communications, coordinating introductions, or helping organize events in different cities. The work is cross-functional and requires a strong service mindset, excellent organization, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for members and manage communication through email and in-app channels in a friendly, timely, and brand-aligned way.
• Guide new members through onboarding and facilitate meaningful introductions within the network.
• Support the planning and execution of member experiences and events across cities, ranging from intimate dinners to larger gatherings.
• Draft member-facing messages such as welcome notes, announcements, invitations, and regular updates.
• Collect feedback from members, identify what is resonating or falling short, and share practical insights with the wider team.
• Contribute across product, marketing, and operations as needed, depending on daily priorities.
• Maintain accurate member data and keep the CRM organized and up to date.
• Attend meetings, report to the CEO, and take on additional generalist tasks assigned by leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with around 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent English writing and speaking ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building relationships.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and strong personal organization.
• Comfort working with a global Muslim professional community and understanding its cultural context.
• A flexible, resourceful generalist who is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Must be based in Dubai; relocation support is not offered for candidates outside Dubai.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves working across multiple functions and requires hospitality-minded service, strong organization, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.

Bonus Qualifications

Nice-to-have experience includes fluency in Arabic or French, prior exposure to events or hospitality, startup experience, and the ability to create polished visual materials such as Canva designs or decks.
