- Help improve equipment reliability and operating efficiency through practical maintenance and process enhancements.
- Support efforts to refine plant systems and boost overall productivity.
- Use diagnostic methods such as thermography and vibration analysis to identify early signs of equipment failure.
- Take part in continuous improvement activities by reviewing plant condition and applying effective maintenance practices.
- Record maintenance work, raise issues, create work orders, and track completed tasks using digital maintenance management systems.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in mechanical engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to identify faults and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
- Working knowledge of conveyor systems, chain- and belt-driven equipment, pneumatic systems, mixers, elevators, and filling or packaging machinery.
- Some understanding of automated systems, including HMIs and sensors.
- Basic awareness of electrical systems and safety, while noting this is not an electrical engineering role.
- A practical, improvement-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong attention to workplace safety and compliance requirements.

The job follows a rotating two-week shift arrangement:
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
