Requirements

  • Experience in high-mix, low-to-medium volume production environments.
  • Working knowledge of PCB assembly, electronics testing, ESD controls, and production planning.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
