Job Description

This role is crucial for supporting the Finance function by delivering precise, timely, and insightful management information. The Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining management reports, dashboards, analytical models, and data solutions. These outputs are essential for informed decision-making, monitoring business performance, and fulfilling budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting obligations.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related discipline is required. Additionally, professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or their equivalents are necessary. A certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Project Management is also a prerequisite.

Experience Required

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in areas like Finance MIS, Financial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Performance Reporting. Prior experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous. The role demands proven experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, developing dashboards, and conducting data analysis, along with a track record of working with extensive datasets from multiple source systems.
