Role Overview
This position is for a Manager, Time & Attendance who will lead the planning, rollout, and service delivery of the Lifecycle Time & Attendance function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Time & Attendance, the role sits within a growing global operations team and contributes directly to service quality, compliance coverage, and customer experience across 80+ countries.
What You Will Do
You will lead a distributed team, manage escalated and high-risk Time & Attendance matters, improve processes and workflows, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Employee Relations. The role also includes strengthening service delivery, improving automation, supporting data integrity, and helping the team adopt AI tools responsibly within compliance guidelines.
Required Background
The ideal candidate brings people-management experience, strong international HR operations knowledge, and deep expertise in Time & Attendance issues, including wage and hour laws, policy exceptions, disciplinary processes, and jurisdiction-specific compliance—especially across APAC. Success in this role also depends on comfort working in a fast-moving global scale-up environment, delivering against SLAs and KPIs, and handling confidential employee data with care.
Working Style and Hiring Process
This is a fully remote role. The team works asynchronously, and candidates from APAC will be prioritized, though applications are open to everyone. The role starts as soon as possible. The interview process includes a recruiter interview, a future manager interview, a conversation with team members, a Bar Raiser interview, and a prior employment verification check.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this full-time role is USD 48,850 to USD 109,900. Remote uses location-based pay ranges, so the final salary depends on factors such as location, experience, skills, training, and business needs. Benefits may vary by country, but the company generally offers work from anywhere, flexible paid time off, async working hours, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, mental health support, stock options, a learning budget, home office budget and IT equipment, plus funding for local social events or coworking spaces.
