Role overview
Tawuniya is seeking a seasoned Digital Customer Experience Manager to oversee the health and performance of digital products and champion continuous enhancement. In this role, you will represent the customer perspective, translating data and feedback into practical improvements that raise user satisfaction and strengthen product performance.
Core responsibilities
- Keep a close watch on product performance, user activity, and customer satisfaction metrics to understand how digital experiences are performing.
- Convert raw information and feedback into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product improvement.
- Work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to decide on, prioritize, and deliver customer experience enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in digital customer experience, product management, or another analytical role with similar responsibilities.
- Strong ability to assess user feedback and performance data and use it to shape product direction.
- Demonstrated strategic judgment and the ability to recommend impactful solutions for complex digital environments.
