Overview

An established petroleum trading and business company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee offshore drilling and marine logistics activities. The role focuses on keeping cargo, vessel movement, and shore-base operations running smoothly while maintaining safety, compliance, and documentation standards.

Compensation and Work Conditions

Monthly salary: AED 17,000
Work schedule: 8 hours per day in line with UAE Labor Law
Annual leave entitlement: 30 days per year
Work location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

Oversee loading, unloading, backloading, and storage activities at jetties and shore bases.
Align vessel timetables, sailing arrangements, and cargo priorities with offshore drilling teams and vessel masters.
Handle cargo transfers, material bundling, transport coordination, and readiness of shipments.
Keep cargo paperwork, manifests, inspection records, and material tracking accurate and up to date.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, port authorities, and ADNOC-related entities to support operations.
Track adherence to HSE requirements, internal procedures, and maritime safety rules.
Preserve logistics logs and reports and ensure the operation remains ready around the clock.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marine Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline.
5 to 8 years of experience in offshore logistics, with solid exposure to marine and vessel operations.
Previous support for offshore drilling or EPC projects is strongly preferred.
Good working knowledge of offshore support vessels, port handling, and jetty operations.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong abilities in coordination, planning, communication, and troubleshooting.
Comfortable using English and Microsoft Office tools.
