Key responsibilities

• Lead efforts to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Track and manage service levels, average handling time, utilization, exceptions, attendance, and attrition metrics.
• Handle client interactions by closely monitoring SLAs, resolving queries, and conducting regular weekly check-ins.
• Support employee growth and work toward improving employee satisfaction scores.
• Drive succession planning and identify ways to improve productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and review employee output.
• Partner with the quality, workforce planning, and HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with strong MS Excel usage.
• Maintain effective floor management during high-volume processing and strict turnaround timelines.

Requirements
