Role Overview

The Logistics Executive will help manage inventory and warehouse-related operations, while also supporting customers and internal stakeholders with stock matters. The role involves maintaining stock availability, improving inventory accuracy, and ensuring goods are processed and tracked properly across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative assistance to customers and other stakeholders on inventory-related issues.
  • Review stock consumption patterns, including slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and transferred goods.
  • Carry out goods movement and utilization studies for both new and existing projects, including item master creation and SKU mapping.
  • Restock medical consumables at hospital stock points and keep distribution center inventory at healthy levels at all times.
  • Track inventory every day, perform cycle counts, verify stock accuracy, and reconcile differences between physical counts and system records.
  • Make sure incoming supplies are received correctly, stored properly, and categorized accurately.
  • Ensure all records, forms, and transaction documents are properly completed, filed, and archived.
  • Maintain control over inventory batch details and product expiry dates.
  • Spot weaknesses or gaps in the supply chain and contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Monitor the quality of supplies throughout handling and storage.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used in the right manner.
  • Handle outbound order processing efficiently and work with logistics partners to deliver goods from the warehouse to customers on time.
  • Keep data and transactions accurate, complete, and consistent in the enterprise system.
  • Assist in gathering and consolidating information for KPI reporting, inventory planning, stock tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Take on any other tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Prior hands-on experience in inventory management is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English is required.
