Role overview
This position is for an executive-level logistics and fulfillment role supporting large-scale warehouse operations across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Vijayawada. The work is aligned to off-role support for Flipkart operations and involves coordinating field activities, maintaining operational timelines, and helping improve process outcomes for key operations metrics.
Compensation
For Executive and FTC roles, the pay range is stated as 25k to 30k take-home monthly. For Senior Executive roles, the annual pay range is 4.2 LPA to 5 LPA.

Key responsibilities
- Handle daily inbound and outbound order processing.
- Maintain required quality benchmarks across warehouse activities.
- Support WOM (Warehouse Order Management) inventory control and tracking.
- Supervise executive-level teams and manage a large operational workforce.
- Monitor stock by carrying out physical inventory counts and matching them with system records.
- Work with the data storage system to reconcile inventory differences.
- Enforce safety and quality guidelines with complete compliance, aiming for zero accidents or incidents.
- Manage Prexo checks and physical verification activities.
- Oversee off-roll executives, DEOs, and MH staff on a regular basis.
- Plan and maintain manpower rosters.
