Role Overview
Junction 14 Mayfield is looking for an upbeat, friendly person to join the team as a Lobby Assistant. This role is centred on making sure every customer enjoys a welcoming and pleasant experience during their visit. Candidates should be adaptable and available to work full-time hours. Prior customer care experience would be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience and help ensure visitors leave satisfied.
- Respond confidently to customer questions and maintain a good understanding of the business.
- Contribute actively as part of a larger team where every team member’s input matters.
- Keep the lobby, toilets, and wider site clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
