Role overview

What you'll do
- Handle incoming customer messages on live chat channels in a timely, professional manner.

- Address customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Forward complex matters to the right internal team when needed.
- Keep clear and accurate documentation of conversations, questions, and resolutions.
- Work in line with company guidelines, processes, and service expectations.
- Manage several chat conversations at the same time without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with other teams to help resolve issues quickly and improve customer satisfaction.
- Spot repeating customer concerns and share useful feedback with management.
- Safeguard customer data and maintain confidentiality.
- Hit performance goals such as response speed, quality targets, and customer satisfaction measures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- You should have strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and an organized approach are important.
- You must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Comfort using computers, browser-based tools, and customer support systems is necessary.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting is expected.
- Strong attention to detail and a service-first mindset are essential.
- Previous experience in customer support, live chat, help desk, or a similar role is preferred.
