Overview
A growing financial services firm is looking to hire a Life & Pensions Administrator to support the management team. The role focuses on handling client and life company relationships while keeping administration accurate, compliant, and well organised.
What you will do
- Support the management team with sales-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate the setup of new policies with life companies and make sure each policy is processed correctly.
- Handle day-to-day administrative work linked to the role.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Help manage relationships with clients and life assurance providers.
Candidate profile
- Experience working in the financial services sector is required.
- An APA or CFA qualification is considered an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
- You should be comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships both inside and outside the business.
- The ideal person can organise priorities effectively and work through tasks in a structured way.
