Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Coordinator to support our operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on contract handling, legal coordination, compliance support, and day-to-day assistance across internal teams and group companies.
What You Will Do
- Prepare, revise, and track contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
- Deliver administrative and legal assistance to various departments across the organization.
- Help draft and refresh internal legal policies, procedures, and circular communications.
- Liaise with outside legal firms and attorneys whenever support is needed.
- Keep an eye on legal compliance and help reduce possible legal exposure.
- Track legal matters and follow up on company cases and related issues.
- Assist with case preparation and coordination before courts and judicial bodies when necessary.
- Contribute to making legal processes faster and improving contract review turnaround times.
- Provide legal coordination and support to subsidiary companies within the group.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Law or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate legal work and contract coordination.
- Prior exposure to litigation support and follow-up on legal cases is an advantage.
- Strong Arabic and English drafting and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of Saudi laws and corporate governance practices.
- Well-developed organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
