Role overview

Nebras Energy is looking for a senior technical learning and development professional to lead specialized training initiatives for both new hires and current employees. The position is centered on building strong technical capability across the workforce, with a particular focus on power plant operations and the wider energy sector.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage structured training paths for managerial and technical employees, covering local and overseas development opportunities.
