Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in the Data and AI space to own the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data-led solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with technical specialists and business stakeholders to ensure work is completed on schedule, within scope, and in line with strategic goals.

The position calls for a mix of structured project management, technical awareness, and strong stakeholder coordination to create measurable business value through data, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end delivery for Data & AI projects, covering scoping, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk oversight.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to set goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project status and manage interdependencies so delivery stays on course.
• Make sure all work follows governance, security, and data management requirements.
• Act as the central contact for project communication and progress updates.
• Align business sponsors, technical teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and leadership updates for stakeholders.
• Set and manage expectations while building productive relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Identify, assess, and handle risks, issues, and scope changes before they affect delivery.
• Maintain quality across deliverables so they satisfy both business and technical needs.
• Capture lessons learned and apply improvements to strengthen future project execution.
• Coordinate and encourage cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively.
• Help technical teams remove blockers and prioritize work where needed.
• Promote accountability, innovation, and a high standard of delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, including 2 to 3 years specifically in data, analytics, or AI projects.
• Good grasp of data lifecycle management, data platforms, analytics tools, and AI/ML concepts.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams in agile or hybrid delivery settings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for stakeholder-facing work.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to connect technical teams with business stakeholders and translate between both groups.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive when handling competing priorities.
• Genuine interest in using data and AI to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
