Role overview
We are hiring an experienced Lead Product Owner to help shape technology-driven and analytics-led solutions from Gurugram in a hybrid setup. This position is suited to someone who enjoys guiding product direction, working closely with stakeholders, and driving measurable value through agile product delivery.

What you'll do
- Drive product idea generation, prioritization, and roadmap planning so that the team can deliver strong technology solutions.
- Serve as the key connector among business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to define and sustain a clear product vision.
- Run agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to keep delivery on track and maintain quality.
- Monitor the delivery of several product teams, offering direction, coaching, and support to clear blockers when needed.
- Use data and insights to support decisions, identify improvements, and increase product return on investment.
What we are looking for
- At least 7 years of experience in product ownership or a closely related role within technology and analytics.
- Strong command of agile practices, along with the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams.
- Solid expertise in backlog handling, prioritization methods, and stakeholder partnership.
- Good understanding of current technology trends and how they influence product planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering projects end to end.
