Role overview

The company is looking for an experienced, dependable Landscaper who can join the team right away. In this position, you will work closely with site crews and clients to make sure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site activities and labour resources so timelines and budgets stay on track.
• Take part in physical site work and contribute directly to project delivery.
• Work with the office team to organise deliveries and purchase orders promptly.
• Take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion with limited support from senior management.
• Ensure all on-site work is performed safely and effectively by you and your team.
• Complete risk assessments and follow all safety requirements and company policies.
• Provide progress updates to the Director and General Manager, including time and cost information.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Keep the senior leadership team informed quickly and clearly when any issues arise.

Experience and skills required

• Demonstrated experience in the landscaping industry.
• Strong track record of completing projects on schedule, to quality standards, and within budget.
• Previous experience in large-scale commercial landscaping, including leading on-site staff.
• A landscaping trade background is essential; any formal qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to supervise labourers and site teams to meet deadlines and planned work schedules.
• A practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Current NSW driver’s licence.
• Valid WorkCover White Card.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Right to work in Australia.

Additional information

The successful candidate is expected to start immediately and will be working on site in Harris Park, New South Wales. The role involves direct coordination with both the site team and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
