What the role involves

• Carry out a range of construction, repair, installation, and maintenance tasks that support pellet production systems.
• Use equipment and tools used in maintenance work and rail-related activities.
• Follow strict safety practices and meet all relevant government and company requirements.
• Complete cleaning duties on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules, or as directed by the Plant Manager or delegate.
• Support the safe and efficient loading of rail cars.
• Assist with pellet loading and finish the required administrative paperwork for shipping pelletized products.
• Take part in continuous improvement efforts and quality control activities.
• Operate mobile equipment when assigned.
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or policy breaches.
• Help the maintenance team or handle basic maintenance work when the plant is not operating, either independently or under supervision.
