Role overview
Car Spa, Inc. is looking for a dependable Key Holder to support day-to-day operations at its car wash facility in Riverdale, GA. This is an active, outdoor-facing position suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and wants to build experience or start a career.
What you will do
- Carry out opening and closing routines for the facility according to the standard process.
- Step into the Manager on Duty role whenever a manager is unavailable.
- Protect the point-of-sale system, equipment, and site property during shifts.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns with strong service standards.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and motivation of team members.
- Check that equipment is operating correctly and quickly escalate maintenance needs.
- Keep an eye on workflow so service stays efficient and customer waits stay low.
- Apply company rules, safety practices, and cleanliness expectations consistently.
- Jump in with team tasks during rush periods whenever extra support is needed.
- Take on other assigned duties as required.

Work environment

Because safety is critical, you must stay alert around moving cars and be able to step safely into and out of vehicles.
