Role overview
Future Advisory is looking for a Junior Admin to support day-to-day office operations, client coordination, and internal team processes in Melbourne. The position involves a broad mix of administrative, client-facing, and back-office tasks, with exposure to workflow support, bookkeeping-related liaison work, and website or booking system administration.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange appointments and keep meeting room bookings organized.
- Handle mail received from the ATO, including both digital and physical correspondence.
- Sort, scan, and file documents accurately.
- Maintain client records and update details in internal systems.
- Support workflow coordination and assist with task tracking.
- Respond to calls, emails, and online enquiries from existing and prospective clients.
- Assist the accounting team by communicating with the ATO regarding payment plans, GIC matters, and penalty remission.
- Manage client onboarding from the initial stage through completion.
- Prepare letters for accountants as required.
- Oversee the backend of the website and the online booking platform.
- Send daily birthday reminders to the team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on new joiners, and share monthly birthday and client reports.
- Support management with project-related tasks.
