Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $17.60 to $20.75 per hour.

Role Summary

The Janitorial Maintenance team member helps keep the store and travel center clean, safe, and presentable, while also supporting basic maintenance needs and delivering courteous service to guests.

Key Duties

• Keep the store clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Clean shower areas and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Handle general store maintenance and minor repair tasks.
• Collect trash from around the travel center and dispose of it properly.
• Help create a positive guest experience by maintaining well-kept facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Self-driven and motivated to get work done.
• Comfortable working cooperatively with a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day walking or standing.
• Available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to correct small issues.
