Role overview

Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is seeking an IT and digital health specialist to support healthcare technology initiatives in Gandhinagar. The role focuses on improving care delivery and operational efficiency through the right use of web, data, and health information systems.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare organizations on implementing IT systems that strengthen patient care and streamline daily operations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design solutions built around electronic health records, health information management systems, and related digital tools.
• Plan and deliver workshops and training sessions to help healthcare teams adopt new platforms and workflows effectively.
• Review and interpret data from different sources to spot patterns, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to improve public health programs.

Experience and technical expectations

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a closely related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of EHR systems and HIMSS-related environments.
• Hands-on exposure to healthcare software platforms such as Epic Systems or Cerner.
