Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Investor position is based in Coimbatore South. The person in this role will assess and finance strategic opportunities across digital products and trading technology, including automation platforms, software solutions, and MetaTrader-based tools. The role focuses on evaluating business models, studying market opportunities, reviewing financial forecasts, and measuring the risk-return profile of potential investments. The Investor will work closely with founders and technical teams to decide funding priorities, track portfolio performance, and contribute to growth plans that support scale and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business plans, financial statements, cash flow assumptions, ROI expectations, and risk factors to judge investment viability.
• Identify and assess opportunities in technology-led initiatives such as software products, automation systems, trading tools, and digital platforms.
• Study market trends in technology, automation, and trading to support well-informed funding decisions.
• Partner with founders and technical teams to define investment priorities and align funding with business goals.
• Monitor the progress and performance of funded initiatives and help guide portfolio-level decisions.
• Maintain active relationships with stakeholders and participate in important internal review discussions.
• Contribute to broader investment planning that supports Zefinx’s long-term growth and technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Solid capability in financial analysis, including assessing business plans, cash flows, return on investment, and associated risks.
• Background in investing, venture capital, private equity, or strategic corporate funding, ideally in technology or a related sector.
• Good understanding of digital products such as software, automation solutions, trading tools, and online platforms, along with their business potential.
• Ability to interpret market movements in technology, automation, and trading and convert them into investment decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with founders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Experience making data-backed decisions, ranking initiatives, and managing an investment or project portfolio.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; CFA or similar professional certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the Coimbatore South office and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving setting.
