Role overview
Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking an Information Management Coordinator to support a major enhancement of its Business Management System (BMS). This permanent full-time role is based in Adelaide or Sydney and sits within a business that designs, builds, commissions and maintains high-voltage infrastructure for renewable energy projects across Australia.
CPP is part of Quanta Services, a Fortune 500 company, and has been operating since 1996. With more than 800 employees and offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, the company partners with major transmission providers to deliver end-to-end solutions for substations, transmission lines, wind farms and battery storage systems.
What the role involves
Reporting to the Information Management Lead, you will help uplift the organisation’s document and information control practices. The focus of the position is to review, structure and improve business documentation so that policies, procedures and controlled records remain accurate, consistent and simple to find. You will also support the day-to-day administration of SharePoint, contribute ideas to improve information processes, and look at ways AI and other modern tools can increase efficiency.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex information, works well in a continuous-improvement environment, and has a sharp eye for accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Support the uplift of the Business Management System by reviewing and improving documentation across the business.
- Organise, maintain and update policies, procedures and other controlled documents.
- Assist with the administration and ongoing upkeep of the SharePoint environment.
- Help strengthen information management practices across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate multiple priorities while working collaboratively with different parts of the business.

- Previous experience in document control, information management or a Business Management System environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint, which is essential for this role.
- Ability to review, organise and maintain controlled documentation.
- Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.

- Genuine interest in AI and new technologies that can improve information workflows.
