About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position involves managing core HR operations and ensuring efficient HR processes, with a strong emphasis on utilizing SAP HCM for various functions. You will play a key role in maintaining employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting with payroll, and generating HR reports.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee master data within the SAP HCM system.
- Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the processing and validation of payroll data.
- Oversee leave and attendance tracking using SAP functionalities.
- Generate essential HR reports as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies under the guidance of the HR team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and optimize HR workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM is essential.
- Familiarity with core HR operations, including employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support.
- Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.
- Understanding of HR policies and compliance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
