About the Internship
This internship offers a comprehensive opportunity to understand the hiring process within a competitive IT company. Interns will get hands-on experience from talent acquisition through to onboarding, and will develop skills in maintaining a talent pool as well as interview techniques and candidate assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the recruitment lifecycle starting from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Manage and update the talent pool database.
- Gain insights into hiring strategies specific to the IT sector.
- Learn and apply effective interviewing methodologies for candidate evaluation.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal applicants must be available to commit full-time on-site participation for 6 months, starting between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026. Applicants should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in human resources functions.
Remuneration and Perks
The stipend ranges from 5,000 to 7,000 INR monthly. Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion. Additional benefits include flexible work hours, a casual dress code, five working days per week, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
