Human Resources (HR) Intern

Overview

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to actively participate in HR operations within a fast-paced digital marketing and web development startup based in Jaipur. You'll engage directly in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR management rather than merely observing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with complete recruitment procedures, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating processes.
• Publish job openings on relevant platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Support the onboarding process and handle documentation for new employees.
• Maintain detailed employee records and update HR tracking systems.
• Organize interviews and manage follow-up communications with candidates.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and processes.
• Offer suggestions to enhance hiring methods, workplace culture, and HR workflows.

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.

Internship Details

• Full-time commitment, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Location: Onsite at Mansarovar, Jaipur.
• Duration: 4 months starting immediately.
