About the role
This position is for an HR Associate based in Delhi with a full-time, on-site working setup. The role supports core HR operations with a focus on attendance, shift scheduling, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee data management.
Key responsibilities
- Track employee attendance, shift rosters, leave balances, and Time Office activities with accuracy and consistency.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring attendance details, salary inputs, and employee records are correct and up to date.
- Work on HRIS tasks such as maintaining employee information, preparing reports, and updating system data.
- Maintain HR files and documentation carefully while keeping all records confidential.
- Coordinate with different internal teams to address queries related to attendance, payroll, and other HR matters.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience to be considered.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is INR 2,50,000 to 3,60,000.
