Role overview
An expanding food and beverage business in Saudi Arabia is hiring an HR Operations Manager to oversee everyday HR activities for an organisation with more than 800 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the organisation’s routine HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Oversee attendance tracking, employment contracts, medical insurance, and payroll/salary administration.
- Manage government-facing HR processes, including Iqama and ID renewals as well as contract renewals.
- Register employees across the company’s internal systems.
- Work with Saudi government and HR platforms such as Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Social Insurance.
Requirements
- Up to 6 years of experience in HR.
- Prior exposure to the food and beverage sector, or a closely related industry, is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Saudi government HR portals and compliance processes.
