Role Overview
The HR Operation Supervisor will lead the school’s daily HR activities, making sure internal policies and labor regulations are followed while HR services are delivered smoothly to staff. This position handles employee lifecycle processes, oversees HR administration, and helps maintain a high-quality employee experience aligned with the school’s goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Prior work in the education or school environment is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of labor regulations and modern HR practices.
- Practical experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Payroll processing and attendance tracking experience is beneficial.
- Strong planning, organizing, and time-management abilities with careful attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle several priorities at once in a demanding, fast-moving setting.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- English fluency is mandatory; Arabic knowledge is considered an advantage.
