About the Role
Lifecell International is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with a mix of recruitment, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative work. This opportunity is designed for motivated candidates who want practical exposure to core HR processes in a professional environment.
Recruitment Support
- Help create and publish job advertisements on employment portals and social channels.
- Review incoming resumes and identify profiles that match the role.
- Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Take part in early candidate conversations and pass observations to the HR team.
- Keep recruitment trackers and databases current.
HR Operations
- Assist in handling employee records and related documentation.
- Support the coordination of onboarding programs, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
- Draft or organize HR documents such as offer letters, policies, and employment contracts.
- Respond to basic employee HR questions and help with benefits-related administration.
Administrative Support
- Maintain HR files and record systems.
- Update HR manuals, procedures, and policy documents as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with routine HR tasks.
Eligibility
Applicants should be pursuing or hold any graduate degree, with preference for candidates studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn are important for this role. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also expected.
