Role Overview

The Dubai office is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee human resources administration and operations. The role covers daily HR processes, office administration, payroll coordination, employee records, onboarding, and documentation management, with a strong focus on internal policy adherence and UAE labour compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the full range of HR operational activities to keep daily processes moving efficiently.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, salary confirmations, HR letters, and other employee documents.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking, leave administration, and related HR support tasks.
  • Keep employee files, records, and documentation current, complete, and well organized.
  • Manage onboarding and exit activities, including paperwork collection, system updates, and employee communication.
  • Assist with visa, labour, and other regulatory paperwork by working with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Help ensure all HR practices align with UAE labour law, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Serve as a key contact for employee questions relating to HR processes, policies, and documentation.
  • Track probationary periods, contract renewals, status changes, and other employee lifecycle milestones.
  • Support HR reporting, audit preparation, and improvements to internal workflows.
  • Partner with management to deliver effective HR support across the business.
  • Oversee daily office administration to maintain smooth operations in the Dubai office.
  • Coordinate office supplies, external vendors, facilities upkeep, maintenance, and general workplace administration.
  • Support seating arrangements, access coordination, records handling, and other administrative office logistics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration and operations is needed.
  • Exposure to the Forex or CFD industry is considered an added advantage.
  • Practical experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, offer letter preparation, and handling employee documents is essential.
  • Prior experience in office administration and vendor coordination from an HR perspective is required.
