Job overview

We are looking for a guest-oriented and energetic Housekeeping Attendant who takes pride in delivering high standards of service and supporting guests with thoughtful, efficient housekeeping work.

This role is located at Centro Al Manhal by Rotana and Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi.

What you will do

  • Collect the daily task sheet, room keys and required supplies from the supervisor, and record the keys properly in the logbook.
  • Carry out cleaning duties in guest rooms and bathrooms, handling all routine housekeeping tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure fire exits and stairways remain free from any blockage.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues without delay.
  • Remove litter from corridors and walkways.
  • Vacuum carpets and upholstered items, dust and wipe surfaces, empty ashtrays and waste bins.
  • Prepare beds and clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors and floors; also polish brass and other metal surfaces.
  • Refill bathroom amenities and guest room supplies as needed.
  • Arrange guest toiletries neatly on the vanity and spot-clean carpets when required.
  • Keep guest corridors, service pantries and service areas clean, organized and presentable at all times.
  • Take away room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
  • Coordinate with valet services so guest clothing can be collected for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing.

Qualifications and experience
