House Cleaning

About the Role

The House Cleaning position is focused on keeping Stallion facilities clean, sanitized, well supplied, and welcoming. This role also supports accommodation upkeep and contributes to a high standard of customer service across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned areas by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restroom spaces, and servicing ceiling vents, along with other standard cleaning duties.
• Complete and record regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Handle make-ready cleaning work to prepare spaces for use.
• Take on deep-cleaning assignments and other special cleaning projects as needed.
• Inform management about any maintenance issues, shortages, or repair needs.
• Carry out minor fixes and simple adjustments when required.
• Keep supply rooms organized, stocked, and maintained.
• Work closely with other team members to support daily operations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation rules.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Strong customer service approach.
• Working knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and supplies.
• Prior hands-on experience in cleaning or housekeeping work.
• Ability to operate and manage heavy equipment or machinery.
• Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Honest, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Education and Licensing

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A valid state driver’s license is required.
• An acceptable Motor Vehicle Report is required.
