Role Overview
This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at a hotel in Gurgaon. The role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience by keeping rooms, public areas, and the overall property clean, orderly, and welcoming.
What You’ll Do
The job goes beyond making beds and tidying rooms. You will help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, respond to guest needs, replenish supplies, clean guest rooms and shared spaces, and carry out other housekeeping tasks that support a high-quality stay.
Work Expectations
You will be expected to remain active and mobile throughout the shift, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking for long periods. The role also requires a hands-on approach, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. You must also consistently follow safety practices, company procedures, confidentiality standards, and quality expectations while presenting yourself and communicating professionally.
