Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Role Overview

This position is centered on creating a spotless, welcoming, and memorable guest experience rather than simply preparing rooms. The role involves a broad range of housekeeping duties that keep the hotel looking polished and guest-ready across rooms and shared spaces.

What You Will Do

• Carry out day-to-day housekeeping tasks across guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest needs, including delivering requested items and supporting service requirements.
• Restock housekeeping carts and keep supplies organized and ready for use.
• Clean, refresh, and maintain rooms, corridors, and other hotel spaces to a high standard.
• Help preserve the overall appearance of the property so guests enjoy a consistently excellent stay.

Success Standards

• Work safely and follow established company procedures at all times.
• Protect confidential information and maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.
• Meet quality expectations and complete assigned duties reliably and thoroughly.
• Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to support the operation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, non-management position based in Amman, Jordan. The role is not remote and is performed on site.
